I am receiving an "Account is Pending" message. What does that mean?
A pending status means the user has not clicked the activation link sent to the email address associated with their user account.
An activation email is sent to the email address associated with the NJVS account from "email@example.com" with the subject "New Jersey Virtual School - Account Activation" - Please click on the link in the email to set up a new password so you can access the system. If you do not see the email, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder.
