To register for the Virtual Scholars Program please visit go.ocean.edu/apply. Then click the blue button to Create Account (toward the bottom of the page) and enter the requested information.
- Select YES when prompted “Are you interested in taking Early College courses while still in high school?"
- Create a password
- Click blue button to Create Account.
After creating an account, you will come to the application where information is auto-filled based off information you have already entered. Use the following information in the application process:

- Why are you applying to OCC? – Choose 1st selection, I am a high school student taking OCC classes while still in high school
- I plan to take classes: Remotely as part of NJ Virtual Schools
- College Plans
- I am a: New OCC Student
- Anticipated start term: Spring
- Anticipated entry term: 2022 Fall Early College
- Academics
- Did you or will you – Graduate from high school
- Home Schooled: Yes
