Parent/Guardian Private Pay Policy
To receive a full refund, you must submit a refund request within the drop period (two days) of enrolling with the New Jersey Virtual School™.
Refunds requested after the drop period will only be honored for extenuating circumstances, at the discretion of MOESC Administration.
Please note: Extenuating circumstances do not include dissatisfaction with the course, academic challenges, or technical difficulties.
However, if NJVS™ administration determines you are eligible for a refund, $100 is non-refundable.
NJVS™ will not issue refunds within three weeks (21 calendar days) of the end of the term.

Districts and/or School Refund Policy
NJVS™ will not issue refunds or credit to a school district after five business days of enrollment.
