New schools who want to approve students
Steps
- The Principal/Director will email the NJVS with the request or
- Telephone 732 389 5555 X 1000 and speak to a Virtual Staff Member.
- The school will provide NJVS with one school contact person for online approvals.
- The school contact’s name, title, email address, telephone and fax number will be
entered into the NJVS database by the NJVS staff.
- The school contact will be provided with log on directions and the school’s username
and password via email.
- An email will be sent to the contact person with guidelines and directions in order
to make approvals.
- The school can provide another administrator with the school’s username and password
for on going enrollments and notify NJVS with a change in email address and contact
person during the school year.
- The contact person will receive an electronic email each time a student’s registration
has been completed.
- The school contact will review the course/s for accuracy and check “approved.”
- The student receives an electronic email that the school approved and to make full
payment with a credit card or money order.
Schools who want to pay for courses with Purchase Orders
NJVS requires written notification via email, fax transmittal,
or letter to the Attention: Director of NJVS

- Student’s name
- Course and tuition
- Start date
- Contact’s Name, Title, Telephone Number and email
- School’s Billing Address
